In 1995 Stephen Einhorn reincarnated himself in the shape of a jewellery designer, and has gone from strength to strength since then. Originally, Stephen had tried a number of different career paths including working in Camden Market before he set up his model making company supply the advertising industry. However, during a particularly challenging production for Dr. Weetos, he hit breaking point and decided he needed to take his skills elsewhere and set up his jewellery and design company in Islington.

With Paul Smith being his first big corporate client, for an order for 300 rings, he was ready for the big time. Stephen started being approached by film studios to make jewellery for Hollywood movies. The latest including Tim Burton’s Dark Shadow’s and Snow White and the Huntsman.
Stephen was then being approached to create one off commissioned pieces including homewear items like his Skull and Crossbones taps, and the iconic nail stool below.
The final picture in this post shows Stephen sketching my very own Bull ring. As my star sign is Taurus the Bull, Stephen very kindly made me this piece as a memento of my time spent with him in the studio. However, before we show it in all its glory and really showcase the wonderful shop and the jewellery in it, you’ll have to wait for the follow up post coming next week.
