I was fortunate enough to recently try out the Braun CoolTec CT2s Power shaver for the first time. Now it is important to note that I’m not really a fan of power shavers, as the past ones I’ve owned have caused me more frustration than good.
I can honestly say that the Braun CoolTec CT2s has changed my perception. There’s been many a time where I’ve suffered with shaving rashes, which has resorted to me growing a beard for a week, then shaving it off for the weekend. NOT ANYMORE! I can now shave almost every day with absolute ease.
It is a miracle of efficient German engineering. But best of all it has the cooling button…
Does it work? It most definitely does! I can’t even begin to go into the science of it. But upon pressing that button you feel a wave of coolness touching your skin immediately, as if you just rubbed ice on it.
You always get a lot of guys saying: “I always have to shave when my face is wet, otherwise I’ll gain a rash.” I would often agree with this, but I decided against it when my face continued to feel smooth the next day, the day after that and the day after that. Truly a wonderful product, thank you Braun!
