I have always been puzzled by what slendertone is, and if it actually has any effect on your body. So when presented with the opportunity to test the slendertone belt out, I thought why not. Over the next 4 weeks, I am suppose to use it everyday on a setting of my choice. Over time it is suppose to engage my abdominal muscles and make them tighter. Now im obviously not going to stop all other exercise, so hopefully with a bit of both we will finally be able to tell what the belt is all about. Watch this space…
