I fancy a fruity evening with go ahead! to #FeelGood

A perfect summers evening in London was had with go ahead! last week when I was invited to the launch  of #FeelGood, a great new campaign by the brand to identify the 50 top Feel Good Moments in life.  Unveiled at a stunning, one-off, event created by go ahead! at Cannon Street Gardens in Central London last night, consumers could experience these feel good moments and more – with edible fruity art installations and fruity entertainment like a melon bowling alley.

Sophia Davis, one of the UK’s leading life coaches who helped compile the research with go ahead! said: “It’s been interesting to see what came out on top from the go ahead! research; a lot of what makes us feel good is often based in nature.

“It’s no surprise walking in sunshine was the nation’s number one feel good feeling, as sitting outside in the sun gives us vitamin D and boosts levels of serotonin, the body’s natural happy hormone.  Similarly with hugging – it instantly boosts oxytocin levels, healing feelings of loneliness, isolation and anger.”

Welcome to Maketh The Man, a lifestyle and travel blog by Callum Watt and Anton Welcome.

Maketh The Man launched in 2010 as a home to showcase male jewellery. From the best chunky necklaces to our favourite signet rings. Whilst the Mark Twain quote does say "Clothes maketh the man", we actually think its the finer details that make an outfit really pop. Hence why we decided to focus our attention on how to accessorize your wardrobe.

We quickly expanded our coverage to include all accessories from the best footwear, to the most stylish bags and pocket squares.

Today Maketh The Man has grown to be one of the UKs top male lifestyle blogs covering a range of different categories. From the greatest holiday destinations to the tastiest cocktail or finest whisky recommendations, with a healthy dose of technology and grooming thrown in.
