French Connection has created an AW13 shoe collection that combines classic heritage with rugged sportswear. With a mix of styles from brogue boots to high top trainers, French Connection has a shoe to suit all manner of occasions. Bringing together modern tweeds and premium leathers, along with new seasonal colours in the form of rich Cordovan and vintage plaid Black.
From a more sartorial approach, French Connection has introduced the Daley. Incorporating the new Cordovan colour-way in high shine leather and striking perforated ‘brogueing’ detail, the Daley’s unique styling combined with this stunning Autumnal colour provides the perfect shoe for the season and complements the mainline collection exquisitely.
Drawing on the sportswear influence, French Connection has introduced the Sal, Sean and Terry. The Sal is a low sneaker style, available in vintage plaid black and a variety of Tweed fabrics, all containing a leather contrast trim. The Terry is an unconventional high top trainer, updated for the current season with zip detailing and a distressed effect rubber sole. The Sean, similarly has been updated for AW13 with a contemporary feel, in the form of high shine Velcro straps and a diagonal zip detail.
