Fleurs de Ruinart was officially launched by Ruinart champagne at The Langham
last week. This exclusive flower stall gives guests the choice to take part in a food pairing inspired by the champagne ingredients. Dishes such as Pan roasted turbot with pink peppercorns, asparagus and sauce sétoise and Cardamom and maple roasted quail with apricots and fine beans will highlight the jasmine, pink peppercorn, citron, pineapple and white peach of Ruinart’s Blanc de Blancs. YUMMY!
Open daily until June, customers can buy a bottle of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs for £100 and receive a special flower bouquet. Then I would suggest taking part in the food pairing, as the nibbles are beautiful.
